  • Excellent Data Analysis and orientation
  • Knowledge on the tools and technology domain that has been handled
  • Understanding of Service Operations Management
  • •Stakeholder management : Capable of handling internal and External escalations, proactive approach and communication

Expected skills/Experience
  • Should have strong process orientation
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • Good understanding of various IT domains and ability to foresee inter dependencies
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse cultures
  • Good documentation skills
  • Infra SI Project Management L3

QualificationMust have managed roll outs , IT projects with large teams both directly as well as remotely.

Additional Qualification / SkillsExperience in transition of projects/ Team handling/Customer handling/Vendor management.
