Position Overview Insight is seeking a ServiceNow Training and Docmentation Manager who is looking to work in the collaborative environment of our global ServiceNow platform team. The desired candidate enjoys creating documentation and curriculum that enables clients and teammates to fully utilize developed processes and features. This individual will be a valued member of a team that delivers solutions that both support Insight's Service Offerings and makes the Insight teammate experience more enjoyable.

What you'll do at Insight A strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is required as you will be supporting internal teammates and customer users on a broad array of platform applications/feature and supporting ITSM/ITAM/ITOM technologies.
  • Lead the global platform team's efforts writing consistent, clear, engaging documentation using KCS standards to manage the knowledge lifecycle
  • Review, edit and develop internal/external content ensuring it meets Insight's content standard.
  • Create dynamic training curriculum for ServiceNow platform use by a variety of learners (both internal and external client)
  • This role creates professional content, and conducts live training accessed directly by our clients. (virtually, travel not required)

What you'll need to join Insight
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience in any fulfillment role. Certified Administrator preferred.
  • 5-8 years of technical writing experience, knowledge management or equivalent
  • Experience using the ServiceNow knowledge base
  • Experience creating video content that supports software or process training
  • Understanding of KCS concepts or KCS certification preferred
  • Exceptional capabilities with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc) and flow diagram tools
  • Excels at creating visually driven documentation
  • Technical acumen with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Superior attention to detail and skill for communicating detail in clear and simple terms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Not afraid to ask questions and give/pursue ideas
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with different audiences
  • Willingness to take initiative and be accountable for your own work
