AEM will serve brand new workflows for the marketing organization to leverage for weekly ad management. It is expected this initiative is ongoing and will continue to mature over time.Key Responsibilities:Build brand new AEM components leveraging ReactJS to build out user experiences (30% Front End Dev, 70% AEM).Designing and developing web applications using the Adobe platform, including guidance of site structure, components, templates, workflows, dialogs, object model designs (Java APIs), and unit testing using AEM architecture (CRX, OSGI, JCR)Integrate AEM with other marketing products like Assets, Target, Campaign, and other internal endpoints as required.Work in the SAFe agile development Methodology.Work with multiple front-end technologies and frameworks.Follow best practices for secure web programming and deployment.Adhere to internal best practices with respect to coding standards, unit test coverage, automation, and continuous integration.SPA development with AEM's SPA Editor JS SDK.Required Skills & Experience (Ranked)4+ years experience with ReactJS (AngularJS acceptable depending on other skills)3+ years of AEM 6.x/CQ5 experience2+ years of Java development and familiarity of frameworks such as OSGi2+ years AEM React SDK experienceSr Level front-end web developer with Adobe AEM development skills1+ years of UI development experience with ES6 Java Script and CSS preprocessors(LESS, SASS).Sound understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, social components etc., code build and deployment process2+ years front unit testing experience with tools like Jest/Enzyme2+ years of strong web content management experience with Adobe AEM/CQ5.Experience developing reusable AEM components for authoring content, reusable code libraries, unit testing, automation and code walkthroughsThe ability to present technical concepts to technical and non-technical internal/external stakeholdersAbility to write clean, modular, reusable code (using design patterns) and experience with unit-test driven approach to development Required Skills & Experience (Ranked) 3+ years of AEM 6.x/CQ5 experience 2+ years AEM React SDK experience 2+ years of Java development and familiarity of frameworks such as OSGi 2+ years of strong web content management experience with Adobe AEM/CQ5. 1+ years of UI development experience with ES6 Java Script and CSS preprocessors(LESS, SASS).
