Guest Experience Ambassadors

This is a unique opportunity to work in a Restaurant | Bar | Event Space within a Luxury Salon & Spa.

Our ideal Guest Experience Ambassadors will:

Have a bright, bubbly, warm and genuinely friendly attitude

Be passionate about the beauty, fashion, and hospitality industries

Love people and desire to make them feel special

Understand the importance of first impressions and strive to make them long lasting

Can articulate sales information, directions and other business information over the phone and in person

Feel like strangers connect and engage with you easily

Thrive in fast-paced, ever changing environments

Be able to stay calm and focused under pressure

Take ownership in the space you work and have a strong desire to keep a clean and approachable environment

Be a self-starter/self-motivator

Guest Experience Ambassador - $12/hour plus tips

Guest Experience Lead - $16/hour plus tips You will make a great Guest Experience Lead if you have mastery skills and experience in customer service and are looking for a leadership opportunity with a growing hospitality company. Prior leadership or management/assistant management experience preferred.
