Installation Crew Leader/Supervisor

Siding Company of 45 Years seeking a Crew Leader/Supervisor

Qualifications:

-Experienced in various types of general carpentry, siding, soffit, and metal trim work - REQUIRED

-3 to 5 years experience with references

Credentials:

-Valid Driver's License

-DRUG FREE

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Ensure that appropriate materials and equipment are on the site for the construction when needed.

Inspect work in progress to ensure for accuracy, quality and that work conforms to plans and specifications

Be responsible for establishing healthy workplace environments that are safe, organized, productive, respectful to the investment in tools and equipment, and enjoyable to work in.

Promote an atmosphere of dignity and respect among fellow employees, customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

Provide leadership, for the crews in all aspects of the construction process.
