Gelcoat fiberglass boat technician

Business is located in Seguin ( just east of San Antonio ), Texas and have been here for 24 years. We have an excellent reputation and customer base that keeps us busy year round. Looking for an experienced Boat gelcoat and fiberglass technician. Duties will be small to mid-size repairs, detailing ( sand / polishing ) and wood replacement. Skills that will be evaluated for proper income level will include gelcoat color-matching, spot blending, masking and refinishing metalflake. With the right person, just good general knowledge of prep, laminating, spraying, or sand / polish, and would be willing to train in areas not familiar / experienced. Thanks Steve 830-660-5410
