Warranty Coordinator

Due to this growth, we are looking for a Customer Care Warranty Coordinator to join our team of professionals in our Sandy office.

We are seeking a successful career-minded professional to join and support our existing team. The qualified candidate will have previous customer service, work order scheduling, and coordination experience.

Responsibilities:

Interfacing between our field staff, homeowners, trade partners and Builders in scheduling Customer Care appointments

Responding to requests within 24 hours; evaluate, research and troubleshoot warrantable concerns and properly assign Service Requests to field staff

Ordering materials needed for appointments

Coordinating / Scheduling appointments

Communicating with customers throughout process

Maintaining detailed service request tracking and report distribution.

Verifying completion of work

Providing support to Field Management as needed

In warehouse gathering assorted materials needed for next day work

Qualifications:

Understanding of cabinets and/or flooring preferred

A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, including; clear verbal communication, logical written communication, with ability to listen

Knowledge and understanding of project coordination and scheduling

Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs

A willingness to learn and ability to be a self-starter

Ability to problem solve and make decisions with minimal supervision and handle escalated issues

Ability to work flexible hours

Able to lift 25 lbs, walking, bending and standing for periods of short periods of time

Position is Full Time Monday – Friday

Overtime and some Saturdays may be required
