Prep Cook/Dishwasher

Stratford Proper is looking for a dedicated Prep Cook and Dishwasher to join our team. Candidate must have at least a year of experience in prep cooking, must be able to follow recipes and direction from others. Job duties include but are not limited to:

The ability to control and maintain pars, making sure product doesn't run out and nothing is 86'd. Maintain a positive working environment, display adequate and precise knife skills, FIFO first in first out food rotation maintained. Keep the dish pit area cleaned and organized while on shift, checking sanitation levels are correct when running the machine.

This position will require experience with pasta and other large prep projects. Opportunity for advancement.
