Guest Services Specialist

As the Guest Services Specialist, your primary duties will include streamlining the daily operations of multi-property rentals (Alaska's 7 Ventures, Inc.) including office, housekeeping and maintenance staff.

Job duties include:

1) Be actively involved as a member of the guest services team

2) Undertake the role of "Manager on Duty" when requested to ensure smooth operations on daily basis.

3) Assist housekeeping staff in meeting objectives and review of work

4) Meet and greet clients as they arrive and assure their satisfaction; provide concierge service.

5) Must possess good organizational/office skills, great people skills, and attention to detail.

6) Be proactive in anticipating needs of guests and staff.

Qualifications include:

1) At least one year in the hospitality industry

2) Possess a valid driver's license

3) Ability to multitask

4) Must be able to work weekends
