Role: Assistant to Managing Broker/Intermediary

Tasks: You will be keeping our database up to date by adding new clients, sending out information they have requested and calling to verify that the information we have in our database is current.

You will also be verifying that clients have received the reports on businesses for sale that that they requested. They are sent as email attachments and sometimes get treated as spam.

In addition, you will be preparing and sending out small batches of mailings from time to time and calling to verify the information was received by the person it was sent to.

This is not a telemarketing position.

You are not expected or required to sell anything but you will be required to make phone calls.

You will also be given research projects to obtain information on industries or companies to be used in business for sale reports that we generate so good internet search techniques would be helpful.

A good working knowledge of Word and Excel required. Our CRM is ACT Pro.

The office hours will be either 3 x 6 hour days or 4 x 5 hour days M-F per your choice of days and times.
