Inventory Assistant for a cabinet shop

We have an open position for an Inventory Assistant . Our team is looking for an Inventory Assistant that is upbeat, on time, and willing to learn.

We are a smaller shop where everyone is hands on and willing to train the right person.

Skills needed:

Record stock, both manually and on inventory management database

Receive, Count and Stock incoming items

Log and track shipments to destination

Good computer skills

Strong customer service with the ability to answer phones and takes notes, anticipate customer and project

needs

Communicate professionally by email and phone with our customers

Organization

Future planning

Overall team player

Woodworking knowledge is helpful

Read a tape measure is preferred
