Accounting/Management Analyst I & II

Under the supervision of the Finance Director, this is the most advanced accounting support person. The right candidate will be moving forward from this position to the Finance Director position.

Accounting/Management Analyst I

This is entry level class of the Accounting/ Management Analyst. The class is distinguished from the Accounting/Management Analyst II position by the performance of less complex tasks and duties assigned with the series. Employees in this class may have closer supervision and review of their work product by Executive Director or Finance Director.

Accounting/Management Analyst II

This is the full journey level class within the Accounting/Management Analyst series. Employees within this class are distinguished from the Accounting/Management Analyst I class by the performance of the full range of duties as assigned. Employees at this level receive only occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise, and are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the work unit. Employees in this class have demonstrated a clear understanding of Agency programs, policies and procedures and financial and management goals. Positions in this class are flexibly staffed and are normally filled by advancement from the I level, or when filled from the outside, have prior experience.
