Account Manager

With a significant increase in sales and increased national presence in North America, we are expanding our sales team and are in search of a motivated key Account Manager with a strong understanding of the horticulture/agriculture market.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

$40,000-$65,000/year +

Essential Functions:

The new key account manager will be responsible for building customer relationships, developing new accounts, quoting on customer projects, generating sales, visiting new and existing clients in the field and representing the company at trade shows.

Occasional trips to our HQ will also be required.

Our customers include large scale commercial soft-fruit growers, through to greenhouse flower and vegetable growers.

Requirements:

College Degree

2-3 years of sales or account management experience

Good understanding of the horticultural/agricultural market

Excellent communicator

Professional, strong negotiator

Good time management

Enthusiastic self-starter

Proficient with MS Office

25-50% travel in the US, Canada and the Netherlands
