Our technicians are self-starters, results-driven and aren't afraid to take initiative. We have positions for experienced and entry level technicians. To be considered for a position, we require:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own dependable work truck

- Technical capacity

- Ethical conduct

- Communication proficiency

- Able to lift over 75 pounds regularly

- Valid driver’s license

- Current auto insurance

- Open availability (some weekends/nights)

- Able to pass background check and drug screening

Skills and Proficiencies:

- Customer service

- Technical proficiency

- Conflict resolution

- Negotiation

Work Expectations:

- Driving to customers location

- Keeping your vehicle maintained and in good repair

- Responding to work assignments and tasks as directed by dispatch

- Maintain communication and relationships with customers

- Present customers with options of services

- Garage Door 360 - Inspecting, installing, repairing, and maintaining

- Track use and restock inventory on your truck weekly

COMPENSATION:

Our pay structure is straightforward and fair. We will provide you with all the necessary training for you to be successful while earning $100/day training pay.

Once up and running, you are paid commission on all work completed, we will provide you with parts, and start you off with a 60-day fuel allowance. The money you bring home is directly related to the effort you put into your job. On average, technicians bring home $1,000-$2,000+/week (5-days).
