We deliver on EXCELLENCE, our MDS Pathways Program provides our RNs to be subject matter experts in MDS.

We are ONE TEAM, ONE OHANA, under the direction of the Director of Nursing, our MDS provides support through timely completion of accurate MDS assessments, care plans, and electronic MDS transmissions.

We EMPOWER you and will help you GROW, expand your Nursing career through our Pathway program and training with the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination (AANAC) Resident Assessment CoordinatorCertified (RAC-CT) Program.

be a CHAMPION, our dedicated RN member will need:

Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Hawaii.

Love our Kupuna.

Complete a background, drug test and health evaluation.

Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends

Ability to read and follow instructions for specific guests needs

Completes training requirements to learn new skills and processes, develop new competencies with systems, and align with our Ohana values, requirements, and mission.
