We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent people skills to fill an entry level full time Customer Service position.
Tasks
o Contact customers for their next orders and understand how needs can be met
o Provide exceptional customer service and consultation advice
o Facilitate administrative tasks and customer scheduling
o Coordinate with Operations to provide high quality customer service
Qualifications:
o Experience in customer service and associated fields
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
o Ability to adapt to a variety of people
o Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
o Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
o Background in transportation or logistics a plus
o Leadership skills
