Service Dispatch Coordinator

Temperature Control Inc. is seeking a service dispatch coordinator. HVAC experience preferred but not essential. This job is a fast paced, customer-centric position, requiring a high level of multi - tasking capabilities and attention to detail and includes:

- Answering phones

- Scheduling and dispatching technician

- Computer data entry

- Dispatch software

- Vendor purchase orders

- Determining and making future days schedule

Desired skills:

- QuickBooks and Microsoft office products

- Excellent phone and customer service

- Ability to work in a rapidly changing setting
