Job Description

As the newest member of our team, you will work alongside the project manager to estimate new construction and remodels for commercial projects. Our company is nonunion and works as an integrated team putting our customers first! You’re an outgoing, resourceful professional estimator with a couple of years of commercial plumbing experience, some great connections locally and maybe some hands-on plumbing knowledge. Your analytical, communication, and customer service skills will help us continue our success. • Creating estimates for new and redesign commercial projects
• Conducting plan and site reviews in preparation for job costing
• Reviewing specifications for detail on materials, labor, and equipment
• Maintaining fluid communication with project manager to timely, detailed, estimates – always mindful of target margins
• Pitching in wherever you can to keep things moving smoothly

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience estimating commercial plumbing projects – extra points for hands-on plumbing experience
• Solid understanding of how to read, analyze and interpret project plans, specifications, blueprints, and photos
• Naturally self-directed, resourceful, with an agile mind – you can switch priorities quickly and maintain deadlines
• Friendly, outgoing, and able to communicate in a professional manner – you're representing Kerwin!
• Valid Colorado driver's license with a respectable record – you can also pass a drug test
• Comfortable traveling around the Denver Metro area
• You truly enjoy working with people and respect each human's unique contribution

Additional Information

• Salary $60,000 - $70,000 plus benefits
