Broadridge is hiring! We are growing and we are excited to be expanding our team. We are seeking an individual to join our non-custody service team in our Denver, CO office. You would be joining a group of highly-skilled individuals with various levels of experience and diverse backgrounds. We pride ourselves on solid customer relationships, accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility. As our Client Service Specialist, you will provide service and support to our bank/trust clients. You will be responsible for trade review and approval, customer queries surrounding trading, account setups, dividends, income and reconciliation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner Review and submit trades for management approval Research and resolve trade reject errors Resubmit rejected trades for management approval Coordinate and assist customers with any trade/settlement issues Upon customer instructions, facilitate money moves with the Trust Company Review overdraft report and submit customer instructions to the Trust Company Assist with Customer installations and conversions Process manual trades as instructed by customers for management approval Process plan terminations as instructed by customers for management approval

Additional Information

Salary: $44,900.00 - 73,700.00 USD Annual

This position is bonus eligible.
