These include the Operations and technology team of the client, as well as working on enhancing the domain knowledge for internal teams. Key roles and responsibilities have been defined below. Understanding and documenting the requirements (BRD) and functional description (FSD) after discussing with various stakeholders.Review Business Requirements Document (BRD) and understand requirements and agreed solutions and develop test scenarios / test cases from User Stories (BRD) / acceptance criteria.Work closely with IT Team & Business Teams of client, to ensure requirements and scope are clearly understood and get sign-offs from stakeholdersExecute UAT Test CasesUAT Defect Management Analyze the defect, articulate them in JIRA with requisite details and monitor until closureCommunicate to stakeholders on requirement documentation and defect closure status.Financial Markets and Products :Sound Knowledge on capital markets especially in Collateral Management domainGood understanding of OTC Uncleared and Cleared derivatives products, REPO products and uncleared margin rules guidelines.Good understanding of the system infrastructure supporting Collateral Management Knowledge of Colline will be a big plusKnowlegde of Third party and Tri party collateral segregation models will be a big plus.Knowledge of securities and collateral SWIFT instructions (MT54X, MT527, MT558, MT535, MY569) will be a big plus.IT Systems : Working knowledge of SQLExperience in working on program management tools like Sharepoint, JIRA etcGeneral Destop applications : MS Office : Excel , Word, Visio and Powerpoint Proficiency in using Visio or similar workflow documentation toolStrong analytical skills ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusion relevant to the business problem.Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Ability to engage with cross-functional teams for implementation of project/program requirementsAbility to contribute and challenge to improve performance and at the same time be able to communicate with peers and other senior members of the teamEnthusiastic and motivated to work as a role model for the rest of the teamClient focused to provide excellent service delivery to internal and external stakeholdersStrong team playerThanks & Regards,Siddharth Chaudhary (Sid)P:+1
