IT Staffing Sales Executive

Location: On-Site in Addison, TX – No remote offered at this time!

Salary + Commission: Negotiable, yet very competitive – No scaled, tiered, or capped commission plans Have you had a successful track record in IT staffing that was knocked off its trajectory due to COVID? Our industry, as a whole, has taken a hit, but our firm, GTN, has successfully managed near triple-figure growth during the pandemic. We are looking to add a valuable sales executive to our successful sales team to focus on new business development and account management so we can continue on our growth trajectory. Our firm does not have the bloated structure that you see with other large staffing firms. We can offer extremely competitive compensation, an excellent work culture, and, most importantly, the ability for you go about building your book of business with an entrepreneurial mindset. Although we observe metrics as a whole to determine what factors help you drive your success, we are not a metrics driven environment. This empowers you to do what it takes for you to build your book of business YOUR way. You will be joining an account management team with years of proven experience. We focus on establishing deep, meaningful relationships with IT, HR, procurement, and MSP stakeholders to help eliminate the barriers that prevent up-and-coming sales executives from taking it to the next level. We offer an environment that enables you to target whatever opportunity you deem closest to the money – mid-market, enterprise-level, statement of work, MSP-driven, etc. In-house, we utilize Bullhorn as an ATS paired with a variety of sales tools to help minimize the busy work of the sales cycle. You will be provided a LinkedIn Sales Navigator seat as well as the hands-on training needed for you to perfect your craft. Responsibilities
  • Identifying, validating, and developing relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Providing insight to clients on pricing, solution design, and implementation strategy
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to potential and existing clients on market trends and staffing best practices
  • Driving the sales process with clients to ensure both client and internal expectations are set and met
  • Arrange virtual or on-site client meetings in order to gain a full understanding of clients’ goals and objectives
  • Job order intake, validation, and distribution to recruiting teams
  • Working collaboratively with recruiting teams to educate them on client needs and coach them, as needed, on required skill sets necessary for success in roles
  • Drive candidate calls with recruiters for verification of skill sets
Required skills
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining an IT staffing book of business (minimum $5M revenue on yearly basis)
  • Minimum 3 years in IT staffing
  • Deep understanding of IT staffing best practices and processes
  • Ability to research, retain, and apply knowledge of emerging enterprise technology trends
  • Commitment to honing your craft and developing a refined, repeatable process that works well for you
  • Strong verbal, writing, and communication skills
  • Highly-driven, self-disciplined approach – you determine your own success!
  • Ability to commute daily to our Addison office and as needed locally, regionally, and nationally for client meetings (< 10% travel)
