Moving and Logistics company in Southwest Houston looking for team members to help manage the day to day office activities. Part-time and Full-time positions available 7 days a week. We are looking for the following:

ROLE

This role plays an important part in the company. As a team member, you will focus on scheduling, following up with potential customers, acquiring new customers, and managing a positive service experience for our customers. You will be the voice of the company and often times our customer’s first experience with our company.

This role is responsible for generating and optimizing every opportunity the company gets to deliver a great service experience and meet company goals and expectations. Using “Humans Helping Humans” as a way of connecting with potential, existing, and returning customers, you will communicate the company’s benefits, services, products and details to potential and existing customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Quote and schedule jobs to meet sales goals

Outgoing calls and follow-ups for lead generation and nurturing to meet performance goals

Answer incoming calls to assist callers with needs inquiries

Have the ability to deescalate situations and be proactive

Monitor & communicate with customers through phone, email, website and text

Detail accuracy and quote confirmations to meet performance standards

Job close-outs, review generation and billing accuracy

Understand and excel at the Company’s standards and expectations

STRENGTHS

Sales experience or confidence to talk about company's services and products

Ability to figure things out & learn quickly

Skills to create customer relationships

Excellent follow up skills

An exceptional communicator

Self-motivated and have the ability to work as a team

Can manage time effectively and work efficiently

Attention to detail and precision for accuracy

QuickBooks online knowledge is a plus

Bi-lingual is a plus
