Project Coordinator/ Project Engineer - Commercial Construction

We are a commercial construction company looking for long-term team members. At Farwest TI you will be working with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to complete projects ranging from small service tickets to multimillion-dollar tenant improvements. We pride ourselves on doing whatever is needed to get the job done on time and on budget. The ideal candidate has experience and knowledge of the order of operations for a construction project along with a strong work ethic, ability to problem solve and high level of attention to detail. Experience is desired but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Position responsibilities:

Assist Project Manager in the completion of the bidding process through project close out

Attend job walks

Complete RFI’s

Send out PO’s

Complete, send, and track submittals

Create, track and manage change orders

Track schedule

Attend, track and complete meeting notes for weekly project OAC’s

Complete project close out packages

Candidate must have:

Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable personal transportation

Self-motivated, works well with others or alone

Clean appearance

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Punctuality and on time attendance ARE A MUST!

Employment type: Full-time working out of our Lynnwood, WA office location - We are looking for Long-term Team Members!

Excellent Wages and Benefits:

Compensation: DOE

Benefit Package: 75% of employee medical/vision after 60 days

50% of dental after 60 days

Paid time off after 60 days (accrual basis)

Simple IRA with 3% matching after a consecutive year of employment.
