Sous chef Blue Roof Bistro

In need of a skilled & experienced sous chef. Must be able to direct and lead a team in a fast paced environment, positive attitude, trustworthy, creative cooking skills, some baking, must be able to move around the kitchen where needed & work any aspect of the restaurant. 40+ hours with an opportunity to work salary that has PTO.
