Naturopathic doctor’s office Front Desk Receptionist - Full time

We are looking for a health-conscious front desk medical receptionist to join us in taking impeccable care of our patients and facilitating the smooth functioning of our office. An ideal candidate would have experience in a medical setting, but we want to chat with anyone who feels passionate about healthcare. We need someone organized, comfortable, and professional on the phone, and who can jump right in where needed. This position requires scheduling, ordering, maintaining medical records, and mostly listening to our patients and potential patients in order to give them the care they need by placing them with the right practitioner.
