Chef-Assistant & Prep/Dishwasher

Square One Grill is seeking an ASSISTANT CHEF, LINE COOKS along with Dishwasher/prep for our new restaurant and new COVID19 guidelines

This scheduled 65 seat restaurant (currently 50%) located in downtown Rehoboth Beach.

Innovative Restaurant will want to sources as much organic, local and natural product as possible for its cuisine and beverage program. All following the guidelines of the DoH.

This hands on position will be responsible for:

Assisting the Executive Chef in daily operations to include.

Ensuring promptness, freshness and quality of dishes.

Coordinating and delegating kitchen tasks.

Executing Brunch program and

Good hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.

Following DOH COVID guidelines.

Assist in designing new recipes, planning menus and selecting plate presentation with approval of the owner.

Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.

Obtaining feedback on food and service quality.

Working with the owners and General Manager

to ensure the highest quality products for our guests.

Responsible for customer reviews and maintaining a stand level of excellence.
