Help needed to get vacant rentals ready to rent.

The job will be to clean out left behind furniture, clothes, garbage from and around vacated rental units. Clean inside of units(appliances, sinks, tub, toilet and floorsAll cleaning supplies provided), hang blinds and smoke detectors when needed, touch up paint as necessary. These units are low income rentals that can be left needing much cleaning attention. Applicant must live in the Dalton/Chatsworth area, pass a background check, be in good health, a hard worker and have some basic tools. Having a pick up truck a plus.
