Cloud Migration Scrum Master/PMP in Raleigh NC | Full-Time / Long Term Contract

- Participate and drive scoping and technical requirements gathering sessions with client stake holders
- Provide expert advice on cloud solution architectures, process, methodology
- Lead projects and team and execute the Cloud migration project to a successful closure
- Ensuring there is no schedule and cost variances for the projects
- Support estimating effort required for Modernizing and migration of applications / infrastructure on to cloud environments including but not limited to rehost, refactor, redesign
- Conduct reviews with stake holders both from onshore and offshore and get signoff
- Guide and manage project delivery per the solution designed for migration and/or modernization
- Support with forecasting and validate of resource needs and availability based on the requirements of the opportunity/demand
- Create staffing requirements based on the win probability and coordinate with resource managers for staffing.
- Work both independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment based on the project requirements
- 14+ years of relevant professional experience in d
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology or related field
- Previous experience in executing Cloud Migration programs
- Should have Scrum Master / PMP certification and led medium to large projects
- Experience in handling multiple geography projects.
- Expertise in delivering end to end projects in at least three domains - .Net, JAVA, SAP Migration, Cloud Native development, Rehost migration, Re-Platform, refactor
- Strong understanding of Application Modernization and Cloud Migration paths.
- Previous experience in coordinating with different stake holders and business teams to delivery projects
- Can independently work on project executions, bring technical expertise in the domain and coordinate with architects as per the need
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
