Description: Underwriters who can assist for 90-days with Product Guideline Updates across all products. Familiarity with current GSE, Government, and other investors is a must. The role will require Technical Writing, so the user must have a proficiency in Microsoft Word. Experience in Microsoft Teams, is a plus. Additional Microsoft Office suite experience is also a plus 1. Update program summaries and guidelines based upon Organizational, Investor, or Internal User requests. The focus will be on a backlog of internal requests for clarifying language, updates where we're silent today, organization changes, etc. 2. Assist with Product Guideline inbox and respond to inquiries from all customer groups: Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Investors 3. Writing samples may be requested, so please be prepared to provide those if requested. Requirements: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Graduation from a four-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this position. • Experience with automated underwriting system preferred • Basic computer skills required. Experience with Microsoft Office a plus. • Minimum of 2 years mortgage credit underwriting.
