We have an immediate need for a Business Analyst in Wilmington, DC. The ideal candidate must possess experience in the transportation industries. In particular, prior involvement in the development of IT systems that support Health and Safety processes and compliance requirements within the public transportation (i.e., bus, rail, or air travel) sector. This position requires solid BA skills and experience including the development of use cases, entity and process flow diagrams, and related business/system analysis.
