We believe speed, accuracy, and efficiency are foundational to our success today more than ever. This position will develop your knowledge in many aspects of Arden’s operations and IT systems. As a Business Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for the business analysis, research, integration, and testing of functionality of existing systems, with a primary focus on our Salesforce and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. In this role, you will report to the CTO.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the sales, product development/launch, design studio, engineering, and workflow systems, providing both day-to-day support and driving system enhancements.
  • Implement sales, product development, engineering, and workflow solutions in a global environment, understanding the different uses and interactions of each team using the systems.
  • Identify and execute the most effective Salesforce and PLM projects, integrating additional value into the sales lifecycle, product development processes and supply chain execution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to appropriately model business requirements within the non-PLM and Salesforce systems, including SAP and Review Studio
  • Integrate analytics into process design and solution development. Utilize tools such as SQL Server, Power BI and Tableau to produce data visualizations and insights in support of business processes and executive reporting.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, technical documentation, and user guides.
  • Attend co-op recruitment functions to help recruit new team members.

Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering or another related discipline, some education with strong field experience would be considered.
  • Experience drafting both technical and user-facing process documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word for drafting documentation
  • Practical experience with one or more of the following programming languages: ABAP / Java / JavaScript / Powershell / Salesforce Apex
  • Experience developing solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform
  • Experience with dashboarding and reporting in PowerBI and/or Salesforce
  • Experience working with SQL/RDBMS, data modeling, and data transformation
  • Understanding of and experience with standard software quality assurance and testing processes and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively within tight, concurrent deadlines with accuracy

Nice to Have
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM-201) or higher
  • Experience as a business analyst in a fashion or soft goods industry
  • Front-end web authoring languages such as CSS, HTML, Javascript
  • Familiarity with business data concepts such as bills of material, engineering drawings, etc.
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Centric 8 PLM
  • A desire to learn about and manage the full stack of hardware and software for a system
