Description:In need of a help desk/desktop support candidate. These candidates will be supporting end-users throughout the manufacturing environment over the phone and in-person with Desktop related issues such as: software issues with Windows XP/7, Microsoft Office, and proprietary technologies; hardware issues with laptop and desktops - setting up computers, replacing drives, reimaging computers; network issues - troubleshooting connectivity using TCP/IP and DHCP; General Support- resetting passwords in Active DirectoryHelpdesk calls will be from other co-workers within the client's facility and other facilities in North America.Competitive pay and opportunity. Job Requirements:Strong Customer Service skills1+ years of experience providing Helpdesk/desktop supportStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologiesStrong knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware - equivalent to A+ CertificationSome knowledge of TCP/IP and Active DirectoryAny server administration experience is a plusExperience with Remote Desktop and Reimaging technologies are plusSkills:Help desk, Troubleshooting, Customer serviceTop Skills Details:1. 1 - 2 years' related experience.2. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.3. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals, groups of managers, users, customers and the general public.4. Advanced computer knowledge in mainstream hardware and software systems.5.
