Knowledge on Windows Server Operating Systems and hardware platforms,Vmware ,Active Directory andExchange Server. Should have good communication skills (oral and written)? Strong, hands-on technical knowledge on VMware, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 & Lync 2013 Administration. ? Understanding of NAS and SAN implementations ? Strong working knowledge of Windows 2008 & 2012 is essential ? Strong hands-on knowledge on Active Directory configurations ? Working knowledge of Network fundamentals ? Good experience in customer handling. ? Good experience in planning and execution.
