Dynamic and growing construction company is excited to add a fun Office Manager to our growing team. This position is available immediately. Monday-Friday. 8am-5pm. Located in Clinton, Montana. We are a team and a family!
The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellence & have the following qualifications without exception:
Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solver, self starter, detail oriented, accurate, dependable, enthusiastic & very friendly and welcoming in communication on the phone, in person and online.
Successful completion of all administrative duties.
The ability to deal with difficult personality types and stressful situations, including working under deadlines.
Computer literacy and the ability to learn to use other job-related software
Time management and organizational skills which include, but is not limited to the ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work on deadline.
Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
Performs special duties and other projects as assigned.
Travel arrangement for employees
Background in construction management helpful. Willing to train the perfect candidate.
Annual salary $40-$45K yearly
