Experienced Barista Needed

We are an established coffee shop located on North Reserve looking for an experienced Barista who possesses strong customer service skills with knowledge and love of coffee.

Shared responsibilities will be:

Day-to-day operations of the coffee shop

Monitoring daily expenses and revenues

Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment

Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (i.e. takeaway cups, foods, coffee, milk and food items along with other merchandise we sell)

Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses

Ensure all coffee shop areas are clean and tidy

Maintain good organization

Develop friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Help in marketing our business and increasing sales
