Our Housekeeping team members are responsible for the day to day cleanliness of guest rooms assigned. They ensure clean, organized and attractive rooms for our guests.

Additional responsibilities include:

Maintain AAA Four Diamond requirements and standards.

Adhere to standards and operating procedures as outlined in the Ameristar Housekeeping Manual.

Fills all reasonable guest requests and directs the guest to the appropriate person for assistance.

Adhere to safe handling of all chemicals.

Report any safety issues to the Hotel Leader.

Follow the established protocol when entering and cleaning guest rooms.

Clean and service guest rooms as outlined in the Housekeeping training manual.

Report room status on room attendant sheets.

Restock Housekeeping room attendant carts with guest supplies and chemicals.

Maintain Housekeeping room attendant carts and work areas in an orderly and neat manner.

Report damage, improvement or repair issues in the guest rooms or hotel area to the appropriate Hotel Leader.

Hourly positions starting at $12.15/hour. Rate can increase depending on prior experience level.
