Our kitchen, run by Chef Brett Smith, serves you delicious comfort food cooked with the love of your grandma and the skill of passionately trained chefs that is meant to be shared like a family supper. Our Front of House crews are the masters of the fun and familial guest experience at The Post Brewing Company, responsible for dispensing ‘southern’ style hospitality and ridiculous knowledge of all things related to fried chicken and Post beer. Must be detail oriented and versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing super communication skills and excelling in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Selfless and personable hospitality is paramount to providing a remarkable guest experience and creating a positive environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be experts in the arena of food and beer service, be eager to learn, cool under pressure and adaptable. Here’s the Skinny:

- Full-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends)

- Team Service Tip Pool Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)

- Estimated hourly wage $20-$25 per hour (with opportunity to earn more!)

- Paid Time Off

- Cicerone Certification a plus!

- Tips and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (we’ll provide training!)
