Job Description
The Springs Living is seeking a Porter for our brand new Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community. This state of the art, beautifully designed community has175 wonderful homes, and include a variety of amenities including restaurant-style dining, pub style dining, pool, spa, and so much more!
What is a Porter you ask? Well we call it our jack-of-all-trades.This person will havethe perfect blend of personal warmth and technical skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Light housekeeping
- Light maintenance
- Preventative Maintenance Tasks
- Customer Service resolving resident and building problems.
Our ideal candidate is flexible, friendly, observant, patient, organized, and enjoys helping with whatever need may arise!This position works closely with our Maintenance team to make sure the community stays looking as magnificent as the day it opened.

This is a full time position.Qualifications
- Current Driver's License
- Ability to troubleshoot minormechanical problems
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Previous experience in construction and/or apartment manitenance preferred but not required
