Robert's Maine Grill is seeking a Floor manager. We are currently conducting interviews to hire APRIL/SPRING 2021.
Ideal candidates:
Must have night and weekend availability

Duties to include but not limited to:
Manage FOH operations in conjunction with back of house
Ability to deliver service that exceeds the guest expectations
Ability to interpret policies and procedures
Ability to professionally and appropriately handle conflict
Effective communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
