Liu Liu Liu is seeking a talented Dishwasher to join a fun, culinarily focused, family oriented team that promotes an unrelenting passion for the guest. Created by Markham, Blankstein & Bottle, a two star Michelin experienced development team out of Southern California, Liu Liu Liu is set to be the next premier dining destination in Santa Fe.

Applicants must be able to work well as part of a team, be high energy and organized, and possess the ability to take direction with a willingness to learn. You must be committed to serving the highest quality food and beverage at all times. This is a COMPLETELY open kitchen concept with a Chef’s Bar so you will be interacting with guests at all times.

More than anything we just want to have a good time, and make some money while doing it!

You know the type, solid pros - ready to be a part of a core group of awesome friends that have top level experience and that are true food and beverage enthusiasts.

SOME ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:

Dishwasher experience in an upscale dining environment.

Ability to multitask and perform required tasks in a rapid and organized manner.

Be able to understand and communicate in English.

Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Effective oral communication skills and the ability to work as a team player.

Must be impeccably groomed, maintain good hygiene, good posture and have required uniform.

Must follow and maintain all set Covid protocols including but not limited to wearing provided mask, gloves.

Must display the ethical and professional standards set forth by the Management and Ownership.

Must have stamina!

Requirements:

Must be able to work flexible shifts AM and PM, weekends and all holidays

Follow proper food handling techniques and coordinates the use of time, material and equipment to avoid

waste and unnecessary expense.

Follow safety regulations, reporting injuries or any unsafe conditions and work practices to the supervisor/manager.

Reports to and follows directions and guidance of Management.

Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to promote the culture and values of the restaurant.

Contribute to create a culture and work environment based upon respect; providing opportunities for staff to learn, grow and develop their abilities.

Maintain a work place that is clean and organized and is cohesive with the restaurant's philosophy, and standards of excellence. To maintain an excellent level of cleanliness in and around all areas related to service. This includes having respect for common areas shared with other employees of the restaurant.

Operate within the restaurant on a daily basis with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy and initiative.

Understand philosophy of the restaurant. Consistent attention to detail and follow through of all restaurant policies.

Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.

Ensure that all guests feel welcome and give responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.

Anticipate and understand guest service needs.

Be well organized, maintain concentration, and think clearly within any given period of time.

Focus your attention on details and teamwork.

Work cohesively with coworkers as part of a team

Maintain good coordination and timing while serving orders quickly.

Be familiar with all restaurant services in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

Maintain complete knowledge of all respective menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, and texture, serving temperatures, portion size, garnish and method of presentation.

Comply with all company policies/service procedures.

Complete all opening and/closing side duties as assigned.

Provide service of food and beverage according to set standards throughout assigned shift.

Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests/issues.

Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

Maintain a hygienic and safe environment at all times.

Perform inventory responsibilities on a daily basis.

Report the breakage, loss or theft of any restaurant property.
