Our client, a leading Financial institution in Mortgage lending is hiring Loan Origination System Administrator with Mortgage operations experience. Below is a detailed job description. Should you be interested, please feel free to reach me via call or email. / Location: Remote Duration: Fulltime Job Description: The Loan Origination System Administrator is responsible for all aspects of the loan origination system (LOS) used by Client. Serving as the responsible party of technology system, the LOS Administrator handles all communication and provides resolution regarding future configuration needs, troubleshooting issues, supporting proper use through training, and addressing integration issues or enhancement with vendors. Responsibilities: Configuration and troubleshooting of LOS and vendor integrations Responsible for ensuring all end-users have proper access required to perform their job functions through maintaining users roles, profiles, security settings, and loan setup settings Supporting End-user for any issues preventing employees from performing their job functions Maintenance of the existing software and systems Create and maintain business rules, including advanced coding as necessary Employ problem-solving abilities to understand, interpret, troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to system functionality Provide exceptional ongoing Help Desk support to all departments Provide recommendations for process-flow improvements Ensure that proposed solutions and enhancements work as desired through efficient project planning, communication, testing, and system analysis Create and maintain policies and procedures for system access and proper system usage.
