Life Sciences industry client. This role will be

Remote to start and eventually will be based out of

Greenville, SC or

Irvine, CA, with travel to other sites as needed. The Oracle ERP Program Manager will head the

re-implementation of Oracle 12 ERP supporting

Make to Plan (MTP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Order to Cash (OTC), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP) modules. Migrate data from existing Oracle ERP and

Mapics ERP systems. Must have strong leadership skills with background in

manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and

distribution business process experience. Skilled Project Manager who ensures SLDC processes, weekly status reporting, documentation and approvals are adhered to. Should have life sciences vertical experience and excellent communication and executive presentation skills. Oracle ERP Scope Implement

Responsibility ERP Program/Project Manager will

drive the re-implementation of Oracle R12, WMS, PLM and Supply Chain Planning working alongside IT, business leadership, process owners and our implementation partner. The ERP Program Manager will oversee cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and risks, resolve issues, resource management, communicate status to all levels of the business. This person will champion SDLC and project management best practices. The Program Manager will ensure the program is delivered on-scope, on-time, on-budget, quality validated, and to specifications as approved by the Steering Committee. Develop the overall

project schedule and project management plan for the entire program and manufacturing operations project tracks. Monitor, challenge and ensure predictable delivery of projects - driving accountability of work stream owners and enabling escalation of risks and issues that require assistance or attention. Monitor resources, either internal or external, to make sure they are committed to deliver on project activities. Ensure high level of quality in solutions are delivered. Lead various program governance meetings including other project sub-tracks, escalations and steering committee and sponsor reviews. Facilitate critical project reviews as needed. The position will be located in

Greenville, SC or Irvine, CA and initially be remote with requirement to travel to South Carolina, California and Philadelphia plant manufacturing locations as needed. This is a critical position to help our client quickly implement the new Oracle ERP within an on-going productive, fast-paced, constrained resources and high-growth environment. Background and Skills
  • 10yrs+ experience of managing an Oracle ERP implementation with strong manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and distribution applications domain knowledge.
  • Managed

    at least two full lifecycles of Oracle ERP implementations.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP implementation methodologies and business process improvements such as using Six Sigma.
  • Understanding of

    Oracle EBS Oracle, PLM, Manufacturing Execution System, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
  • Knowledge of

    life sciences and quality validation supporting GMP regulated systems.
  • Experience working with remote teams both local, US and offshore.
  • Project Management experience using Microsoft Project, Project Online and Azure DevOps
  • PMP Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
