Job SummaryResponsible for acting as a high-level individual contributor to the Human Resources Systems and Technology department. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for specific HR Systems and Technology related inquiries and projects. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Responsible for documenting all configuration and design activity within their function(s).Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities

  • Serves as subject matter expert and point of contact for HR Systems and Technology related inquiries and requests from department heads and other business stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements for assigned function(s) and project(s).
  • Designs, builds and tests all new enhancements and ensures production support and resolution of any defects.
  • Leads the rollout, training and communication for annual systems processes such as performance management, merit and bonus payment and learning management systems applications.
  • Provides user feedback to management to influence future systems enhancements.
  • Conducts regular HRIS maintenance and audits to ensure the quality of data.
  • Conducts needs analysis to determine integration requirements.
  • Leads training initiatives to introduce new applications or new features in existing applications.
  • Monitors and evaluates new enhancement packages, competitive applications and products and makes recommendation features.
  • Works with Quality Assurance team to ensure all necessary testing is accounted and documented.
  • Provides feedback regarding best possible user experience for application users.
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of process design and redesign skills to present and defend functional and technical solutions.
  • Utilizes knowledge of project management to keep functional efforts on schedule and within budget parameters.
  • Provides weekly, monthly and annual reports. Provides special reports and analyses to support the business as necessary.
  • Supports efforts to maintain accurate master data. Extracts data and provides analysis of master and transactional data.
  • Oversees the correction of master data with appropriate field HR personnel and Employee Service Center personnel.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
