Job SummaryWe're seeking a Senior Analyst, Media Strategy and Planning to join our Media team. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development, execution and overall media strategy for Xfinity Mobile, Flex and Home Security products, as well as broader media portfolio projects as needed. The position will be involved with managing the tactical plan delivery, competitive analysis, and reporting. Building relationships is key for this role because the SA will be tasked with partnering with both internal and external stakeholders from the Integrated Marketing Communications, Media Sciences, Commercial Strategy, Product Teams, Performics and Spark Foundry. This person will report to the Director, Media Strategy and Planning.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities Media Strategy, Planning and Execution

  • Assist in development of media planning strategies for XFINITY branded products and partnerships
  • Drive tactical execution, in partnership with agency teams, of media tactics designed to enhance brand positioning, drive subscriber growth and retain current customers
  • Manage Media AOR relationship and help drive standardization of agency planning, buying and optimization processes
  • Ensure proper maintenance and quality control for media planning and buying
  • Solicit media proposals from vendors (digital, social, TV, print, OOH, and non-traditional media) and collaborate with agencies on POV development
  • Work with agencies to develop competitive reviews and present insights/recommendations to product marketing teams
  • Monitor reporting dashboards and provide analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes to optimize media plans
  • Oversee activity to ensure timely delivery of media commitments
  • Review media buy schedules to ensure adherence to media buying guidelines
  • Contribute to and maintain a positive work environment
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Business Insights, Analytics, Sales and Finance to advance business goals
  • Coordinate Corporate & Division/Region media efforts and evolve standards and processes/methodologies for aligning Corporate and Division Media spend
  • Partner with internal Media Sciences team, building media mix modeling recommendations and optimization scenarios across all paid media channels
Measurement and Reporting
  • Drive media measurement framework and KPI identification
  • Work with measurement and analytics teams to determine media's contribution to sales via multi-touch attribution modeling

  • Digital first mindset with Media Planning/Buying experience

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or related field, or recognized equivalent in work experience
  • Generally, requires 3-7 years of experience
