Human Capital As-A-ServiceThe Human Capital As-A-Service Asset Group brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. Human Capital's Asset group will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio as we grow. We will help clients navigate the future through Research & Sensing, CulturePath, EngagePath and other products. Work You'll DoWe are looking for an Analytics & Insights Manager to join our team and help us continue to set the standard for business applications used by Deloitte Human Capital clients and practitioners. This role will include Sales & Delivery work, such as •Supporting business development activities, including interacting with account and engagement teams, sales, developing RFP responses, creating statements of work•Managing the delivery of client engagements, including planning projects, staffing projects, managing projects•Help client's solve people and workforce related issues with analytics and data science across a variety of areas including recruiting, attrition, DE&I, payroll & time, safety, compensation & benefits, performance, learning & development and more•Help client's to effectively architect technology-enabled analytics solutions Required Qualifications:•Ability to consult with client on People Analytics Strategies and Solutions, covering business issues, data science and / or technology solutions•Ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships•Plan and manage broad range of advisory and implementation projects•Familiarity with HR Tech platforms / Analytics tools that are available in the market•Experience with HR Data Management, Security, Privacy and data integration tools•In-depth knowledge of the HR Domain areas such as recruiting, attrition, DE&I, payroll & time, safety, compensation & benefits, performance, learning & development•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.•Travel up to 15% (While up to 15% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
