Manager of Application Development

The Manager of Application Development & Delivery will be responsible for the management of full stack developers as well as contributing to the hands-on development of projects. This person will also be responsible for architectural direction as well as code quality.

• Manage and Lead a small team of developers
• Keep clean and up to date coding standards
• Guide and train developers in 'enterprise grade' methodologies.
• Complete regular code audits and reviews
• Work with Business Analysts and Representatives to provide from inception to operation.
• Keep up to date with current industry trends relevant to Software Engineering
• Be able to attract, recruit, and retain top engineering talent

• 8+ Years in software development
• Previous experience as a senior team leads and or manager in an agile software development environment
• Proven experience with .NET/ C# / JavaScript / React / Angular
• Ability to foster and grow a team of self-governing developers
• High degree of emotional intelligence
• Ability to make recommendations based on both business requirements and technical skillset of team
• Exposure to cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure)

• Superb communication and presentation skills
• Deep knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and modern programming techniques
• Data architecture knowledge and skills
• Experience working in a fast pace, high-growth company
