Zycron is currently seeking a

Customer Service / Help Desk Representative responsible for serving as the first line of contact for our client’s call center (including phone, email, and mail). This is a 6 month contract position working onsite in Nashville, TN 37246. This is not an IT Help Desk position.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as first line of contact for the call center (phone, email, and mail)
  • Manages inbound & outbound calls
  • Manages follow up process for customer accounts, records notes and data
  • Follows guidelines for delinquent account management and collects documentation to support account activity
  • Supports customers with web site functionality, password resets, and other requests for account data
  • Maintains and files electronic information to customer accounts with proper noting and documentation
  • Assists with error resolution and customer complaint tracking

Education, Experience, Skills:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Collections experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skill
