Zycron is currently seeking a
Customer Service / Help Desk Representative responsible for serving as the first line of contact for our client’s call center (including phone, email, and mail). This is a 6 month contract position working onsite in Nashville, TN 37246. This is not an IT Help Desk position. Responsibilities:- Serves as first line of contact for the call center (phone, email, and mail)
- Manages inbound & outbound calls
- Manages follow up process for customer accounts, records notes and data
- Follows guidelines for delinquent account management and collects documentation to support account activity
- Supports customers with web site functionality, password resets, and other requests for account data
- Maintains and files electronic information to customer accounts with proper noting and documentation
- Assists with error resolution and customer complaint tracking
- High school diploma/GED
- Collections experience
- Strong communication and customer service skill
