- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management - Minimum of 5 years
- Experience in Information Technology - Minimum of 4 years
- Experience in Education (K-12) project or program work preferred
- Three years or more of enterprise application management experience specifically Taleo (user or configuration based)
- Three years or more of Business Analyst and QA experience with Taleo Applicant Management and Onboarding
- Proficiency in Oracle Taleo Recruiting & Transitions/Onboarding, version 15.A
- Experience administering and configuring Oracle Taleo Recruiting & Transitions/Onboarding
- Knowledge of Taleo Client Connect version 14B or higher preferred
- Knowledge of Taleo system administration, vendor partnership, and troubleshooting experience with integrations as well as day-to-day operations.
- Proficient in Oracle Business Intelligence Reporting
- Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2; Core HR module preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment processes and procedures
- Ability to evaluate existing systems and understand their structure and component parts
- Ability to determine function needs and system requirements
- Ability to problem solve application and user issues and identify solutions
- Strong focus on best practices, methodologies, detailed documentation, thorough testing, procedures/standards, and quality assurance
- Proven analytical abilities
- Ability to gather business requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements to functional designs
- Ability to translate functional designs into technical specifications
- Ability to write test scenarios, cases, and scripts
- Experience in leading test efforts including System, Integration, Users Acceptance Ability to analyze business problems and advocate best solutions
- Possess exceptional project management skills, understand full project life cycle
- Experience in creating standard project management deliverables
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of proper change management procedures and the Software Development Life Cycle.
