Microbiology Lab Technician

Volt's client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a Microbiology Lab Technician for an estimated 12 months contract opportunity at their facility in Columbia, MO. It is an onsite position.Skills:A Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a closely related field is requiredMicrobiology lab experience in academics/ research lab or industry is requiredDescription:-Provides microbiology support testing for raw materials, in-process, packaging, and finished drug and food products.-Provides stability sample testing according to SOP’s and USP/EP requirements-Performs Environmental Monitoring and Purified Water sampling, testing and trending evaluations-Performs routine Microbiological analysis and other GMP related duties as assignedThe position is being offered through VOLT.
