ResponsibilitiesEstablishes definition of new equipment, techniques or potential new signals. Performs analyses and prepares documentation in connection with radar, instrumentation, electronic counter-measurers (ECM), and communication signals. Provides analytical and operational support for unique tactical and strategic mission intelligence systems. Supports a range of analytical products and functions including operational scenarios, development of deployment scenarios, site assessments, and vulnerability assessments. Analyzes complex system integration requirements to identify mission vulnerability targets and develop multiple scenarios to resolve all mission threats. Perform mission planning and projections to anticipate future resource requirements to counter identified threats. Develops documentation to support objectives in support of external agencies. Translates analytical results into effective briefings. Analyze operational availability of strategic and tactical intelligence assets. Develops briefing reports that depict clear assessment of systems availability. Maintain mission status on assigned tactical and strategic systems.Specific Responsibilities:
  • Provide SIGINT subject matter expertise in support of 116th Military Intelligence Brigade operations at Fort Gordon, GA.
  • Provide expert support and advice to SIGINT collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Oversee team of SIGINT analysts to ensure mission requirements are performed in accordance with governance, standards and local policies.
  • Coordinate with the Government to assist with training events. Training shall conform to current, approved TTPs as appropriate. Provide continuation training (CT) through on-the-job training (OJT) and formal programs of instruction.
  • Collaborate effectively with subordinate staff, other intelligence analysts and subject matter experts.
  • Candidate should be well versed in all aspects of PED operations and have a basic knowledge of the capabilities of other collection platforms.

Qualifications
  • MA/MS or BA/BS AND 6 years CURRENT (Within 5 Years) A-ISR SIGINT experience or Associates degree or HS Diploma AND 8 years of CURRENT (Within 5 Years) A-ISR SIGINT experience.
  • At least six (6) years of hands on experience operating and employing aerial or remote tactical SIGINT systems or at least six (6) years of experience performing SIGINT analysis and/or SIGINT geo-spatial metadata analysis (SGA) Or At least six (6) years of experience in performing automated traffic analytic processes that support global multi-mode target development, alerting, and intelligence reporting.
  • In depth knowledge of next generation communication systems and their underlying technologies of: GSM, cdma2000, UMTS, LTE, or 802.11(b)(g)(n)(ac).
  • Experience and proficiency utilizing digital mapping tools and Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs).
  • Must be willing to perform shift work. Hours will vary based off mission needs.
  • Position requires a current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.

Required Qualifications:
  • 15 years of experience with A-ISR SIGINT systems and programs.
  • Previously Aerial Precision Guidance (APG) or SIGINT Terminal Guidance (STG) certified.
  • Experience and proficiency using at least three of the following: PENNANTRACE, AIRHANDLER, DRT Series, TNG, SMITE, TYPHON, STINGRAY, KINGFISH, BLACKFIN, NEBULA, MUSTANG, WARIO, TRANGRESSIONS, Digital Mobile Radio, LANDSHARK, ALASKA, ArcGIS, WINDJAMMER, and/or GARUDA.
